My washing machine developed a fault after 6 months. When I called the helpline to arrange a repair, I was forced into buying further insurance as I was told the price of repair would be more than what I paid for the machine. I arranged an appointment, took a day off work and received a text 5 minutes before I was expecting the engineer to arrive to tell me I'd been given another slot for a weeks time. Bearing in mind I'd already been without a working washer for 4 days. Im a single parent of a small child so really need help to get this sorted. I was told a sooner appointment would be booked for me. I then got a text to say the appointment was in a week. Absolutely incompetent. No empathy and extremely poor service. Their WhatsApp chat after 5 hours of messaging me only provided yet another customer service number. Have spent most of today in tears due to their shoddy appliance and lack of organisation.
