Cooker in need of repair 3times .inner door exploded, melting at back and condemned ..workman sent out as we were told it was no good and gas to be sealed off and collected. Workman said he don't collect and told my disabled daughter that she can do it herself "as it's a piece of piss to do". It was not taken and he left. Fully well knowing it's against the law for anyone not registered to cap off a gas appliance!!! Absolutely disgusted with his response to my daughter
