Purchased a Hotpoint fridge freezer from Currys which was delivered 20th Nov. Called Hotpoint customer service on 21st as it had an error message and wasn't freezing. Did what we were asked to do, called again as still not working, then we had to wait for an engineer to visit to confirm it's faulty. Fri 28th confirmed as faulty.Now unable to contact delivery team, I have no fridge freezer and apparently Black Friday new orders are more important than replacing a machine that's been faulty from the outset.Hotpoint, we've been more than patient, dreadful customer service, should have been a replacement sorted as soon as we reported it.
