I’m extremely disappointed with Hotter. I bought a pair of shoes and had them delivered to my workplace — I never provided my home address. Despite this, I suddenly started receiving catalogues at my home address from Hotter and even from other companies like Woolovers. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about how my personal data is being handled and shared.I did not consent to any marketing, nor did I give permission for my details to be passed on to third parties. Hotter needs to take data privacy seriously and learn to protect customers’ information properly. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
