Update: full refund received 27 October after ‘disappointed’ email sent. They just couldn’t find the trainers i returned. I returned a pair of trainers a month ago and the tracking indicated they received them 19th September. I left it a week and then called but was told I might need to wait 10 working days to receive the refund. I called again on 7th October and was told they couldn't find the trainers. I made a further call shortly after as I hadn't heard and was given short thrift on this last call. To date I still haven't received a refund and it's now a month after they received them.
