I have 12 items of Hotter footwear bought over the last 3 years, so I obviously find them quite good. But I am heartily sick of the deluge of emails usually telling me to HURRY or DON'T MISS... I have unsubscribed and hope that cures it. I see their website doesn't seek customer feedback - a bad sign.
