I strongly advise against pre-ordering anything from this company; you might not receive it, and they may mislead you about it. I pre-ordered special edition albums, and while some were delivered, one was returned to sender without ever arriving. Despite contacting the service, I received inadequate responses. They offered to reship the item, but later informed me it was out of stock. I've reported the issue to the BBB and will no longer shop here after 25 years.
