My experience has been far from satisfactory. If you're looking for support from this company, you might be disappointed. An exclusive item has never been available online, yet it's still advertised. The Black Friday deal is misleading, and customer service is robotic and unhelpful. It's frustrating to see items priced much higher elsewhere while being unavailable here. I feel a lack of concern for customers and will not return.
