After ordering I waited for about 3 months to receive it. When the delivery company delivered it to me, I inspected right in front of the delivery person and saw a big ripped. I was told to keep it and file a complaint with the seller and they will send a replacement and pick up the ripped one. I contacted the seller, Kevin Edwards said that they don’t do that. They would have to take the ripped one back and send me a replacement but he had no idea how long it would take. I already threw my old one away and didn’t want to wait for another 3 months for a replacement. Kevin also told me that I can file a complaint with the delivery company. I told him the box wasn’t ripped so it wasn’t the delivery company fault. I also asked Kevin if he could give me discount for this ripped one and he said no. Things go nowhere so now I’m stuck with the ripped one. I strongly do not recommend this company. I read bad reviews from other buyers and didn’t listen. Don’t make the same mistake like I did.
