On-line ordering was straight forward though I would have liked the option to enter my Hot Tub info and have the size selected for me. Lots of options.
I was notified of order being started and when it was shipped. Shipping time was only 2 weeks but I think being in Dallas helped. Cover arrived undamaged.
The dimensions matched what I ordered and it fits my hot tub very well. We like the look and the quality. Have had it for about a month and we like the look and the quality. It is very nice have a non-water logged cover that is much easier to open.
Cost was less than quote for original Hot Spring Spa cover and I think the design is better.
Highly recommend this company.
I placed my order with the company on 11/16 - the website was very user-friendly. I promptly received a notification that the order was being processed, along with an estimated timeline. On 11/28, they informed me that the cover had shipped and provided tracking details while explaining how LTL shipping works. My new cover arrived on 12/9 - it was exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. Whenever I had a question, the representative responded quickly. I'm really satisfied with it.

Mike. Was. Awesome. I was leary about buying a cover online, but decided to ask for a quote just in case the price was excellent. It WAS. Then I went through the measurements, had conversations about radii, strap placement and "hinge area" with Mike. He was quick to reply and/or fix anything I had concerns about, then sent me a CAD showing what I was getting . Cover showed up within 2 weeks of placing the order and it was perfect!!! I was a bit afraid to order a hot tub cover on line, worried I might have mismeasured, unsure of the quality. Plus I needed it by a certain date because I was putting my house on the market. The contact for the company said they couldn’t promise delivery by my date which was understandable because I ordered it late. And he offered to cancel my order if I wanted because they couldn’t guarantee the arrival date. BUT it arrived a day before I requested and it fit perfectly and looks great! I highly recommend Hot Tub Cover Spot! They have great communication and produce quality products. If you are hesitating to order, don’t! It’s a great company.
I worked with Mike Smith (customer support) in ordering my new hot tub cover. Mike was very thorough insuring that I had all of the correct dimensions for the cover. It was ready to ship within a week and shipping only took about 2 weeks. It arrived in great shape - no shipping damage. I installed the new cover today. It fit perfectly with my old lifting device. Installation was simple. It looks great and fits perfectly! Great service, free shipping, and a great looking product!
As good as the OEM one it replaces. Actually better because the tapered top will definitely improve life as rain will now drain off rather than standing. This was the only site that had sufficient options to 'cover' all out needs: shape, size, insulation thickness, latches, color, etc. Replaces a Marquis branded cover.
