buongiorno ho acquistato un hotwav Cyber 15 a metà novembre con os android 13 perchè dovevano aggiornare a android 14 più 2 anni di pach sicurezza ho inviato email per sapere quando ci sarà l'aggiornamento ma non mi hanno mai risposto ho inviato messaggi su faceb e idem non mi hanno mai risposto una azienda seria mi avrebbe risposto non comprerò mai più hotwav good morning I purchased a Cyber 15 hotwav in mid-November with Android 13 OS because they had to update to Android 14 plus 2 years of security patch I sent emails to find out when the update will be but they never replied I sent messages on Facebook and ditto they never replied to me, a serious company would have replied I will never buy hotwav again
