Unfortunately, this brand is very bad. It started with me winning a phone in a competition they organized. They sent the package to my address, but it was returned because they entered the wrong address. I've also been having trouble contacting them; they don't respond to messages. I agreed with them to resend the item, and they required a $30 payment. I paid the amount through a link on their website, but the order was canceled without a refund. As usual, they don't respond to messages. Unfortunately, this is a very amateurish brand.

Very bad phone I bought one and when it was on the charger it stopped working and would not turn on anymore so I sent it to the company because its warranty had not expired and after two months they told me that they could not fix it and it was damaged and they did not refund me anything about the damage. Never buy any phone from there

Never buy any phone from there. They might be cheap but they are fragile as hell and the components are so bad quality they break themselves. my phone have a low temperature overlay that turns off the phone every time while the temperature is normal and he cuts down wifi by itself. you cant even root it to fix that shit because it is chinese. 0/10 and btw they have fake cameras

No after sales service

I bought a GSM cyber pro 9 from amazon a year. About a month ago the i started getting poor Wi-Fi connection and voice breakdown during communication while on Wi-Fi connection. The GSM is under warranty, i contacted hotwav.com several times, i received no responds. I don't think this is a proper way of doing business. No customer support for electronic products? The after sales service is zero as far as i can tell. Note that when buys hotwav products there will no after sale service once you pay for the product, you are responsible for it upkeeping while they will be sending problematic firmware update on your device behind the seen.
