I bought a GSM cyber pro 9 from amazon a year. About a month ago the i started getting poor Wi-Fi connection and voice breakdown during communication while on Wi-Fi connection. The GSM is under warranty, i contacted hotwav.com several times, i received no responds. I don't think this is a proper way of doing business. No customer support for electronic products? The after sales service is zero as far as i can tell. Note that when buys hotwav products there will no after sale service once you pay for the product, you are responsible for it upkeeping while they will be sending problematic firmware update on your device behind the seen.
