The communication was unclear, mentioning something about no stock at the warehouse and delays for the next batch. We believed we had made an error, and they seemed to think we wanted to cancel. I expressed our willingness to wait since we loved the item. We reordered, but faced the same issue, despite no changes in stock availability online. It felt like we were scammed. Thankfully, we did get our money back, but we won't be purchasing from this company again.
