Ordered in November, product arrived in February. Somewhat long but when I reached out to support they were very communicative about when my item would be shipped
, delivered etc. When product arrived it had to be assembled but once assembled it looked really sleek. Way better than a Wayfair-type product. The doors were a little finicky - I thought they wouldn’t fit together, but we realized they could be adjusted (relieving gap in the middle) by the hinges. One thing I think can be improved is the instruction manual - could be more descriptive. Overall, I am very happy with my vanity.

Often, the phone doesn't ring, and when it goes to voicemail, there's no greeting. The listed address turns out to be a residential condo upon searching. After failing to reach them to cancel my order, I filed a fraud claim. The company then contacted me, attempting to persuade me to withdraw the claim, claiming they could only issue a refund post-cancellation. This is a well-known scam tactic. There are numerous other warning signs as well. Stay away from this site entirely.
