Initially bought as a present and only ordered as it stated on website it was a uk company. This is not the case and the item arrived later than advised. They refused to let me return for refund even though they advertise returns policy and continuously offered unreasonable refund amounts nowhere near the cost I paid. After about 4 weeks and numerous emails I settled for half of total cost, even though I was prepared to return the package.The product itself is ok however the fact you have to add the frame yourself is not reflected in the price in comparison to other companies selling same item. A couple of paints were dried, couldn’t begin to attempt to try and resolve this given previous issues with their customer service. For any future purchases I will definitely use the tried and tested uk based company I have used previously who have excellent customer service and whose website is honest.
