The Houseart paint by numbers kits are fantastic! I ordered a paint by numbers of a photo of my wife holding our grandson. I received it just before Christmas. I finished the painting last night and it looks just like the original photo! The paints, brushes and canvas are all high quality and the product is great value for money. I will certainly be using Houseart again and recommend anyone wanting to give a creative and personalised gift to do so too!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have been in dispute with this company since 16th December when I received a painting by numbers package. The package was damaged and opened, the contents wet and there were NO PAINTS.
After many emails, most of which were ignored, they will still not accept responsibility or give me the requested refund. As a replacement is useless now for a Christmas present.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of more reliable ones out there.

Extremely disappointing online shopping experience.

This has been one of the most frustrating online purchasing experiences I've encountered in recent years. I placed an order at the end of November (over £300) based on the advertised 5–10 day delivery and the clear indication that several items were to be 'framed'. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. Key issues include: (i) misleading delivery information, as not a single item arrived within the promised timeframe; (ii) failure to deliver before Christmas despite ordering well in advance, which forced me to seek alternative gifts; (iii) receiving incorrect products, as two paintings that were supposed to be framed arrived unframed, requiring me to handle the framing myself; (iv) some items were not delivered to my address and had to be picked up from third-party locations; (v) one parcel arrived completely empty, containing only cardboard. There was no item, no identification, and no explanation provided. I reached out multiple times to the service team to resolve these issues. As of now, I have yet to receive any compensation and the communication has been lacking. For a business that charges premium prices and promotes itself on reliability, the execution is simply unacceptable. I offered the company several chances to address this privately. The experience has taken up a considerable amount of time, effort, and frustration for a customer who acted in good faith.

Great quality and variety.

The picture looks fantastic. The paints have all been excellent up to this point, and I haven't encountered any that were dried out. There's a nice range of brush sizes available. The delivery took a couple of weeks since it was shipped from overseas, but that wasn't a problem for me.

Is this service legitimate?

Is this service legitimate? I placed an order on December 15th and have not received any updates since then. I reached out via multiple emails on the 16th and 17th, but got no reply. I also sent direct messages on their social media platforms, but received no response there either.

Disappointing quality and presentation

I received my order today - a paint by numbers kit featuring a Corgi. I am quite disappointed with the overall presentation and quality of this item, especially since it was intended as a Christmas gift. The box arrived crushed and looks like it was sourced from a second-hand store. The canvas is made of a cheap, plastic material with a very faint design. The paints seem low-quality and unappealing. I would feel embarrassed to give this as a gift, making the £16 spent feel like a waste!

Not clear about shipping origin

It wasn’t apparent until after placing my order that the item would ship from abroad. It took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was damaged. The packaging is so poor that it looks terrible. This is meant to be a gift, and I feel embarrassed to present it. The delay means I have no time to find a replacement. I'm so disappointed. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.

Very disappointing experience

I ordered a product on December 2nd as a birthday gift for the 15th. After eight days, it still showed as preparing my order, so I emailed for an update. No reply. After another email, they responded after 24 hours to say they were very busy and the item was delayed. They offered a £6 refund or a full cancellation. I requested the full refund since, despite their name, the item was coming from abroad and would take another 10-15 days. I just received notification that they dispatched it anyway. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY.
