I have had houscall Pro for years it has done well but we are switching to have a system built out for us. I want to keep the scheduling for some front facing usage, so I downgraded my plan from the 15 plus to the 8 person plan. They will not let downgrade and are making me keep the large plan no matter how many users I have. I have reached out for over a week and just keep getting kicked around in the cue. Id suggest looking around there are a ton of companies that do the same thing for less money and you can get them on the phone. Also their cc fees are ridiculous
