I ordered a pair of copper bottles on November 25, 2025. Now it's December 25, and my order still hasn’t arrived! I tried to check the tracking, but when I requested a one-time password (OTP), it was never sent. Even after clicking "send OTP again," nothing came through! Additionally, the postal service has no tracking information available. I sent two emails, one on December 24 and another on December 25, but I haven't heard back. I'll wait another day due to the holiday, but I'm not hopeful. They don't have a phone number, so contacting them is impossible! I really feel scammed! I wish I had done more research, as their website looked legitimate. I'm so frustrated!!
