When I was at school in the 60s our dinning hall always had copper jugs for water, and I always remembered the taste and texture of the water. Fast forward a few years and I saw the ad for these flasks and duely bought one. Well what can I say, they are amazing. I feel clean and cleansed after using it for a month. I used a pendant to dowse two cups of water one from the tap and one from the flask. The results were off the scale. I plan to purchase more for the family. They are beautifully made and I sincerely hope that a fair amount of money finds its way to the artisans.
I am very disappointed with this service. I placed an order around two months ago and have yet to receive the product. At this stage, I am genuinely wondering if this company is legitimate or if it is just a scam. I also asked for a refund but have not received any response. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Plus, there’s no tracking information from the postal service. I reached out via email twice, once on December 24 and again on December 25, but no response. I plan to wait another day because of the holiday, but I'm not optimistic. They don’t provide a phone number for direct contact, which is frustrating! I feel scammed! I regret not investigating them further, as their website seemed legitimate. I'm really upset!!

I ordered a three-pack plus a single water bottle with a seal, but instead received a carafe that is completely different! These items are pricey, and I want either an exchange or a refund, but I’ve gotten no offers, and my follow-up emails remain unanswered. I even detailed my issue in my message, but instead of a solution, I received an explanation that didn’t address my concerns.
