I received my order. One item, liquid eyeliner , was completely dried out and unusable. I first called House of Beauty customer service and was put on hold only to be disconnected. Continued to call until I finally got a person I could hardly hear or understand because the connection was so awful. I was told I had to take a picture of the item and send it in an email before I could receive a refund. So I did. Only to receive another email requesting that I email a picture of the item AND a picture of the invoice. I promptly did THAT. I’ve received no response House of Beauty as of yet. I’ve ordered from this company before but this is the first experience dealing with customer service. They obviously do not stand behind their products. You are made to jump through one hoop after another just to get a refund! My next step is Better Business Bureau. Obviously my voice is not loud enough.
