I give up. I’m not even sure at what to do to rate my experience because I haven’t had an experience to rate. I just checked the tracking app and apparently ascendia has already delivered my parcel on the 7th of August and yet, it is the 10th today and my parcel still has not arrived. I have decided that I will make a formal complaint to both house of beauty for their utter lack of customer service and to ascendia for their deceitful behavior. I am extremely disappointed because I have been waiting for months now in the hopes that the products that I bought would arrive. I don’t know what else can be done in my end at this point. I seriously would not want this to happen to anyone.
