If I could give a negative star rating…

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Aside from the fact it took over a month to receive my order, when it arrived it was incomplete. I placed an order for 3 products and I only received one. Scribbled on the invoice next to the product was what I am assuming is the abbreviation "ref." It's been over 2 weeks and no sign of a refund from this company.Customer Service is a joke. I don't even think it exists. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls go straight to voicemail. The company sends out these generic "update" emails which tell you nothing about the status of your order. A huge red flag for me was that the company immediately takes the cost of the order from your account. A reputable retailer places the amount as a pending transaction and finalizes once your order is processed and ships. This company needs to work on their communication and customer service. Both are horrible. I will never use this company again.
