The service is poorly managed when returning items. My experience has been terrible. When refunds don't show up, it's impossible to reach anyone. Then, you have a series of polite representatives making 'promises' to email a department that does nothing. This is after they delayed payment by asking if I wanted an exchange I never requested. After countless emails and calls (including time spent on hold), you reach your breaking point when speaking to people who can't resolve the issue. Then your refund becomes a 'case'... So unless you enjoy this treatment and the unsettling feeling that your money isn't safe, I suggest avoiding them. Additionally, you pay for your own returns, and when they process a return, they deduct the outward postage (which is not part of the agreement). A dreadful experience that remains unresolved.
