Delivery Issues and Poor Support Experience

I placed an order for a pullover over two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The support team was extremely unhelpful and conveyed a distinctly dismissive attitude during my call. They chose a delivery service known for its poor reputation, and then had the audacity to blame me for selecting that option (which I did not). This company used to be reliable, and I have shopped with them numerous times in the past. I have a strong feeling that they will not refund my money, so after feeling cheated, I will not be returning as a customer and will advise my friends against using their services.

Frustrating experience with gift voucher

They sent a gift voucher to my mother without mentioning an expiry date on the document or card. When she tried to use it, we discovered it had expired! How frustrating! I expected much more! I emailed the support team over a week ago and received no response. They aim to be a top brand, yet their customer service is lacking. Why send out a gift card without disclosing an expiry date? It feels very dishonest. My mother forgot she had it, and it's just over two years old, which isn't that long! We occasionally visit the store but won't be returning. Our family's trust in this brand and its service has been significantly damaged.

The service is poorly managed during returns

The service is poorly managed when returning items. My experience has been terrible. When refunds don't show up, it's impossible to reach anyone. Then, you have a series of polite representatives making 'promises' to email a department that does nothing. This is after they delayed payment by asking if I wanted an exchange I never requested. After countless emails and calls (including time spent on hold), you reach your breaking point when speaking to people who can't resolve the issue. Then your refund becomes a 'case'... So unless you enjoy this treatment and the unsettling feeling that your money isn't safe, I suggest avoiding them. Additionally, you pay for your own returns, and when they process a return, they deduct the outward postage (which is not part of the agreement). A dreadful experience that remains unresolved.

Slow and unresponsive communication

I had to exchange a coat and returned the original one via overnight signed delivery. I ordered the replacement three days ago and had to follow up for updates, despite marking my email as urgent, only to find out it was just shipped, and contrary to the website information, it will take 4-8 working days!

Service is extremely disappointing

Service is extremely disappointing, and the delivery company used is possibly the least professional third-party logistics provider any business could choose. I placed an order on 02/12/25 and have yet to receive anything by COP 10/12/25. I ordered for my wife using my account and paid with my credit card, but they refuse to communicate with me due to a questionable interpretation of data protection.
