CUSTOMS CHARGES - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and their refund/return policy. The customs charges for EU customers are exorbitant and should be clearly disclosed at the time of ordering. Most UK businesses include these charges or at least make them evident during the purchase process. This company operates a .uk website. I've been informed that my package might be destroyed, and I will need to cover the customs/return costs before receiving any refund. I have NEVER encountered this with any UK website I've shopped from. I am very unhappy that my money has not been refunded yet.
