I gave one Star because I can‘t give Zero.I placed an order over three months ago and still have not received my item. I contacted the company multiple times, and they completely ignored every message. There has been zero communication, no updates, no tracking information, nothing.At this point, I honestly don’t know if this is incompetence or simply a lack of respect for customers, but either way it’s unacceptable. Waiting this long without any response is absolutely ridiculous.I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.Save yourself the frustration — I definitely won’t be buying here again.
