I placed my order on the 13.10.2025. Didn’t get any response till the 30.11.2025, in which they told me that my order is being prepared. After that I didn’t hear from them for two months, I wrote many mails to which they never cared to answer. I also made a lot of complaints on shopify about the page being a scam and their management of the whole thing. I don’t know if they were “forced” to send the package but on the 30.01.26 I finally received a tracking number from Swiss post and on the 10.02.2026 I received my package on the very end. The product is good and well manufactured but I don’t know if it lives up to paying 120 chf, waiting 4 months and the constant thought of being scammed. In conclusion, I think that the company should really work on their costumer service as much as their AI videos.

I have sent messages to the company several times through various channels, but have not received a response. They have also disabled the comment function on their Instagram account. I wonder why... apparently, I'm not the only one who has been waiting for their package for months.
Updating my review in two stars i finally got an e-mail that my order has been shipped after two months from the purchase still never got any response from mails i have send most probably is not a scam i will keep you informed. I gave one Star because I can‘t give Zero.I placed an order over three months ago and still have not received my item. I contacted the company multiple times, and they completely ignored every message. There has been zero communication, no updates, no tracking information, nothing.At this point, I honestly don’t know if this is incompetence or simply a lack of respect for customers, but either way it’s unacceptable. Waiting this long without any response is absolutely ridiculous.I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.Save yourself the frustration — I definitely won’t be buying here again.
THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!I ordered from House of Emra months ago and still haven’t received my package. I’ve contacted them everywhere – email, Instagram – and got no proper response. They don’t tell you anything about your order. Even when they reply, they gaslight you and never give a concrete answer. You don’t get proper information about your order.This is a scam. They lie and cheat. This is not a legit site. I just want my money back!!
