When a seller sends the wrong product, the shipping costs for returns should be borne by them, not the buyer. I paid AUD $110 for this item and should not suffer financially due to an error made by the seller. Despite several attempts to reach out to the support team via email and messaging, I received no response, which forced me to escalate the issue through the payment platform.
