This has been the most disappointing online shopping experience I have ever encountered. I ordered two watches from the company and never received them. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via messaging and multiple emails, I received no response. Accepting payment and then completely ignoring customers is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. There is a complete lack of customer service, accountability, and respect for customers. I will never shop with them again. In my experience, they mislead and take advantage of people while operating under the name they use.
