The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered two watches from House of Khalsa (Order No. #8995) and never received them. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them via WhatsApp and multiple emails, I have received no response at all. It is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional to take payment and then completely ignore customers. There is zero customer service, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. I will never buy from House of Khalsa again because, in my experience, they are deceiving and deceiving people under the guise of "Khalsa."
I purchased a watch, and when I attempted to remove the protective plastic, the lens popped out. I immediately sent two emails but received no response. The service is very poor, and I would not consider buying from them again. These inexpensive watches are overpriced, and I advise against making any purchases from this seller.

I bought a watch for my husband, and it broke within a week of use. I tried to contact the company for a refund or replacement, but no one responded. Thankfully, I was considering purchasing for my children as well but decided against it. A total waste of money.

The next day, one of the representatives called me and sent a complimentary watch while my original order was still in production. He asked me to contact him the following week for an update. When I called, he kept urging me to close the dispute and offered another watch for my wife, which I selected and provided details for. No updates were given about the original order. The complimentary watch was of poor quality. On the first day, the glass fell out and the dials were bent. I kept following up about my original order, but the experience was very frustrating. They are not reliable. If you place an order, use a payment service and be prepared to chase them for updates because they will not reach out to you. They never reply to emails. If they make promises over the phone, request written confirmation. The company will not keep you updated unless you take serious action. I will not shop with them again and have warned friends and family on social media.
The owner is deceitful and disrespects many people under the name they use. I paid through a payment service, so let’s see how they handle this, and I hope they face consequences for cheating so many people. They continue to deceive customers online while advertising products that do not deliver. Please be cautious; I hope this helps someone!
