I ordered a watch as a birthday gift for my wife. After placing the order, I received no communication. After 20 days, I reached out via email and message with no response. I had to file a dispute. The next day, one of the representatives called me and sent a complimentary watch while my original order was still in production. He asked me to contact him the following week for an update. When I called, he kept urging me to close the dispute and offered another watch for my wife, which I selected and provided details for. No updates were given about the original order. The complimentary watch was of poor quality. On the first day, the glass fell out and the dials were bent. I kept following up about my original order, but the experience was very frustrating. They are not reliable. If you place an order, use a payment service and be prepared to chase them for updates because they will not reach out to you. They never reply to emails. If they make promises over the phone, request written confirmation. The company will not keep you updated unless you take serious action. I will not shop with them again and have warned friends and family on social media.
