Zero stars. Order placed on February 9, 2022. Today is May 26. No updates on the order, just false reassurances that my order will arrive soon. The website promises tracking details, yet I have received neither my product nor tracking information after more than three months. This watch was meant as a birthday gift for my mother, who has a terminal illness. I have repeatedly contacted customer service regarding this. All I received were reassurances. Now, my emails go unanswered. They should be ashamed to use their name for such deceit. No product, no tracking details, no refund. Completely appalled.
