Exercise caution!

After reading the reviews, I feel quite uneasy. I bought a pricey gift recently and paid for Express Shipping for same-day delivery. I received a confirmation email, but no further updates or tracking info. I inquired about the delivery time, but given the communication issues I've seen, I worry they won’t respond or deliver on time. I thought this company was reliable, but now I’m uncertain and feel scammed. If you're considering a purchase, be careful!

Engraving error ruined a special day

We ordered an engraving for my son's 21st birthday, but they engraved the wrong name on the bottle. My order had the correct name confirmed, yet they still made an error. My son was very disappointed during his celebration.

Disappointed.

As a long-time client, I feel let down. I can’t reach them by phone as the mailbox is full. I’m struggling to return a £700 bottle for a refund due to a faulty seal. They sent me a replacement, but it also had a loose seal. I'm very disappointed.

Delivery issues.

We ordered a costly bottle of whiskey that was sent to the wrong address. We explained the mistake and it was supposed to be redirected. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, we collected the bottle, but the seal was broken. It’s been weeks of trying to resolve this, and I'm not happy to leave a bad review.

No response from customer service

I haven't received any replies to my emails, phone calls, or messages on social media. I attempted to place an order twice, but the website just buffers. A week has passed and I’ve had no feedback from customer service. I suggest avoiding this website.

Not returning.

My order arrived upside down, which I questioned, as I was advised it should be upright. Additionally, a few days after the 30-day return period, my daughter's boyfriend broke up with her, but they won’t accept a return. I’m left wondering if it was delivered incorrectly.
