Upon receiving my order, I found that I was missing one item that I had ordered and paid for. I sent multiple emails and made calls, leaving messages, but no one responded. I will not continue to do business with this service.
Make sure to purchase package protection. You will need it. They use OnTrac, which is a horrible delivery service that will somehow “lose” your package after weeks of going back and forth with their online automated “customer service” system. It’s scammy and feels like theft. Not worth the headache and stress. Still waiting for my deliveries and/or a refund weeks later.
Shipped quickly, came before it was expected which was amazing! Products worked fantastically, even better than I was expecting them too. The only thing I am not to happy with is the prices, in which I understand prices are more on the West Coast than the East Coast but this is one of very very few companies I found that deliver to me and that made me so happy!! I will be sending some customers your way and will be ordering again!
