The quality and craftsmanship were outstanding, and I was extremely pleased. Almost a year later, I noticed a small chip on the King's delicate finial, likely due to humidity. After sending a photo, they promptly sent a replacement. I couldn't ask for better customer service. My experiences over the years have been nothing short of excellent.
