Shipping costs with FedEx are very high—cheaper options should be offered. 3. FedEx requires extra customs paperwork from customers, while other vendors handle this. 4. You receive tax notification from FedEx after customs clearance and must pay them, whereas other companies provide upfront tax estimates and ensure you know the total cost in advance.
