I wouldn't even rate this service with one star. I placed an order for a dress on November 12, expecting delivery by December 14, but I still haven't received it. After numerous emails and requests for a refund (which I also haven't received), I'm left with no dress and no tracking information. I've been told repeatedly that it's on the way, but it feels like it's coming from the moon. This experience has been nothing but a headache. Clearly, new management is required. I cannot recommend this service.
