There has been a complete lack of shipping information despite paying for premium shipping that includes tracking and insurance, along with zero communication. It has now been 2-2.5 months, and I have not received any response after multiple attempts to reach out. This is a poor reflection of the culture they claim to represent and showcase through their products. Be wary of the overly positive reviews from influencers they seem to prioritize to maintain their business. I sincerely hope that no one else supports them.

I've been told repeatedly that it's on the way, but it feels like it's coming from the moon. This experience has been nothing but frustrating. Clearly, new management is needed. I placed my order on November 16. As of December 12, I have not received anything. There is no estimated delivery date. I gave two stars only because someone from customer service responded to my email, but even they could not provide any useful information or timeline regarding my order.
I've been waiting for my order to ship since November 15. I've contacted customer service multiple times and only received a generic response saying it's processing. I'm appalled by their lack of concern and response to customers. Don't bother calling customer service; the line disconnects immediately. There are numerous red flags with this service.

Throughout this time, I was assured a tracking number would be provided, which never happened. These were clearly empty promises rather than real updates. What’s particularly troubling is that instead of resolving the issue, the service ultimately blocked me online. This seemed like an attempt to silence a dissatisfied customer rather than address a valid complaint. Blocking a customer does not resolve the issue; it only reflects poorly on the business. When the dress finally arrived, the quality was disappointing and not worth the wait or the price. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Based on this, I would not recommend this service.
It's unfortunate that negative stars aren't an option. This company is a scam. I ordered two items in September and never received them. When I contacted customer service in November, I still haven't received any explanation. I will be filing a stop payment with my credit card. Enjoy this review, you scammers.
