Throughout this time, I was assured a tracking number would be provided, which never happened. These were clearly empty promises rather than real updates. What’s particularly troubling is that instead of resolving the issue, the service ultimately blocked me online. This seemed like an attempt to silence a dissatisfied customer rather than address a valid complaint. Blocking a customer does not resolve the issue; it only reflects poorly on the business. When the dress finally arrived, the quality was disappointing and not worth the wait or the price. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Based on this, I would not recommend this service.
