I wouldn't even give one star to this service. I ordered a dress on November 12, expecting it by December 14, but I still haven't received it. After several emails and requests for a refund, which I also haven't received, I'm left with no dress and no tracking information. I've been told repeatedly that it's on the way, but it feels like it's coming from the moon. This experience has been nothing but frustrating. Clearly, new management is needed. I cannot recommend this service.
