Disappointing experience. The support team sent generic responses that felt dismissive and condescending. They seemed more interested in asking for more photos when I had already provided them. My order arrived four days late, and the plants were in poor condition. My refund request was ignored. I'm now pursuing a County Court claim, as this experience was nothing like the excellent service I received elsewhere. Overall, I faced substandard service, empty customer service responses, and no resolution. I feel completely overlooked by the company, and I view the £220 spent as wasted. I'm taking legal action on principle to see how they handle a wasted costs order.
