After buying my first plant with Houseplant uk I don't think it will be my last. My plant (snake plant) came earlier than expected and was really well packaged I particularly liked the way that the potting mixture was.kept in place with the use of wood shavings and cling film. A problem that other providers don't tackle so we'll. Looking forward to grow my collection further, by the way, Houseplant UK also included a good care sheet with the plant

When they arrived, the plants were in fantastic condition and came with a quick guide of how to look after them. I ordered some beautiful pots for my plants, they were thoroughly wrapped up to guarantee absolute protection during the journey to my home.
I’m reordering from House Plants to get some soil and some bigger planting pots for my new plants. The range of things they offer is extensive with everything you need to take care of your plants :)

After a lot of research I ordered a ficus plant from Houseplant because of good reviews.It was delivered timeously ,well packaged and looking healthy.
In the past I have ordered large indoor plants ( ficus ) from other suppliers but the plants didn't survive for long.
I care successfully for other indoor plants in my home.
It is very early days and time will tell whether the plant is sound.Only then
will I be able to make a true assessment about the product but so far so good.
If the plant flourishes I hope to purchase another but much larger ficus, 5ft.5inch to 6ft.5inch if this becomes available.

Cambria orchid review: beautiful blooms but potting issues

I bought a cambria orchid, and while it's lovely and in bloom with stunning flowers, it was potted in very dense soil. There are no aerial roots, and the roots are quite short, which forced me to repot it earlier than expected to address the problem.

Consistent and Timely Plant Deliveries

I've been ordering plants from the company for the past two years, and they consistently arrive on time (within 3-5 days) from the day I place my order. They come in well-packaged boxes, and most importantly, the courier service actually rings my doorbell/intercom and delivers right to my door, which is a rarity.

Terrible experience with unhelpful support

My experience was dreadful. The support team provided only generic replies that felt dismissive and condescending. They seemed more focused on requesting additional photos, despite having received them already. My order was four days late, and the plants arrived in poor shape. When I requested a refund, my request was ignored. I am now pursuing a County Court claim, as this experience was far from the excellent service I received elsewhere. Overall, I encountered subpar service, empty platitudes from customer service, and no resolution. I feel completely disregarded by the company, and I consider the £220 spent to be wasted. I am litigating out of principle to see how they handle a wasted costs order.
