My experience was dreadful. The support team provided only generic replies that felt dismissive and condescending. They seemed more focused on requesting additional photos, despite having received them already. My order was four days late, and the plants arrived in poor shape. When I requested a refund, my request was ignored. I am now pursuing a County Court claim, as this experience was far from the excellent service I received elsewhere. Overall, I encountered subpar service, empty platitudes from customer service, and no resolution. I feel completely disregarded by the company, and I consider the £220 spent to be wasted. I am litigating out of principle to see how they handle a wasted costs order.
