Scam website. One guy said his company is going to send me an ID.me link to verify me. It was a form on company letterhead requesting social, address, and all info you need to get into a bank account. I asked for an ID.me link, to which emailed responded he needs my info to enter into ID.me. Yeah, I bet he does lol! I said that’s not how ID.me works and declined the job. Looked the company up. They claim to be the largest developer, yet, only have a website online, which is not in the state’s business search and dba databases in Nevada and California. Website has photos of great developments, and toward the bottom, list “rentals” with a few cheesy homes. I thought you were a developer? They note almost as many agents as they have clients…definite red flag. Also, first call was an immediate hang up. Second call, after a ten second pause, the guy finally answered hello very faintly. When I asked if the email address belongs to the company, he responded with just yes…no question as to why I was asking like any normal company would ask. I said thank you and got an immediate text, “Hello.” Largest developer? I think not! Be cautious with crestbayhomes.com who posts as Greg in Henderson, Nevada.
