I enrolled in a three-month program and genuinely feel that this service and its website are misleading. I invested time in setting up a profile and reached out to 18 local individuals who were said to be seeking a housesitter. Unfortunately, I received no replies. Upon further inspection, it seems that many listings are not genuine. Since then, I've been receiving emails about individuals who are "interested" in my services, but they appear to be fabricated. There's no way to contact the support team, and some of these "interested" profiles seem to be recycled from the existing site. If I could rate them lower than one star, I certainly would.

I reported five of them, and the service confirmed they were indeed scams. However, they claimed to be 'very careful' about preventing scams on the platform. When I requested a refund because the service I paid for was not provided, they refused, citing the membership agreement I accepted.
Every listing on this platform seems to be a scam. After reporting many of them and reaching out to the support team, I realized they have no concern for these fraudulent activities. The scams follow a similar pattern: prepay by check, avoid face-to-face meetings, keep a portion of the funds, and then send a payment to a contractor. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this service.
All the job postings are fake. They contact you and attempt to send one of those fraudulent checks. It's just nonsense. Don't trust anyone and only accept cash through reliable apps; checks can ruin your bank account. Personally, I left this platform due to the ridiculous amount of scams.
I strongly suspect that this entire website is a scam. There are no real jobs, just scammers trying to steal your information. The day my subscription was supposed to renew—after being canceled three days prior—I started receiving fraudulent charges. It appears they take your subscription money and then try to scam you further. Once you cancel, they initiate fraudulent charges to bypass credit card protections.
I just signed up and received a message urging me to email someone about a job, only to get a definitely fraudulent email in response. They tried to pull a sad story and demanded I clean and receive a check for some design work. Unbelievable!
This website is a scam! Fake profiles abound, and no one responds to messages. When they do, they ask for personal information and refuse to communicate over the phone. Avoid this website at all costs; it's a genuine scam that should be reported to the authorities!
