H21's office staff do not seem to be able to control the environment properly. Residents seem to be at each other all of the time. Eggs thrown at Residents doors, glued locks to flats and other things. Some Residents moan that they don't always feel safe and the security doors have been known to be broken, so anyone can come in.People in this building are vulnerable and should be looked after properly
