Since moving into Charles Watson Court twelve months ago I have to say, that I have had no reason to complain. Having had experience in my past employment as a maintenance manager of a group of residential homes I appreciate that you can't please everybody all the time, and have to accept that things might not always meet your expectations, but can usually be solved through discussing the situation with management. The problem ref mobility scooters is one H21 has to come to terms with, as more aged people are giving up their cars for many reasons. I feel that in the future if the problem is solved can help to attract more residents to H21 accommodation.Regards Bryan.
