I have lived on a housing21 court for 5 years, the manager is completely useless and does very little,apparently most problems that occur on the court are not in her remit, and most complaints are brushed under the carpet, the flats have many problems such as damp and subsidence which are not dealt with in a satisfactory manner.The latest insult is the manager getting a 10% rise and residents rents going up 12 1% although the government has advised a 7%increase for the elderly and those in need This company purports to be a charity. but the only people benefitting are the overpaid management and not the residents who pay their wages.
