Not just a one off experience but 17 years of living in a happy and relaxing environment. The property is well maintained and at a reasonable cost. Neighbours vary, but generally friendly and sociable. BUT despite what some people say in other places the real bonus is. - the ‘Court Manager’ I have experienced 3 , all different and for understandable reasons. The first one still acted as a Warden and a bit controlling, second was not a ‘people person’ However, I can’t praise the current one highly enough. Probably not 100% to all on Court, but tries to be, and in my opinion reflects the aims of the company So maybe I am fortunate, but I still feel the minority would rather moan than make a ‘constructive’ complaint!.
